Left side
- stiffness in the shoulder joint. Especially for violoncellists in the first positions.
- a bad shifting by dominant stereotype GM initiatives
- an inverse hand joint to the ulnar side with a forced supination for violin and viola. the hand is dorsal flexed
- too much pression on the index finger against the e-string side of the finger board, which can damage the Dip joint ligaments by forcing a dominant ulnar direction.
- too much pressing of the thumb inhibits the free and quick moving function of the other fingers.
- wrong moving on the finger board or valves by dominant gross motoric intervention.
Right side
- GM dominant technique
- too active thumb
- lack of Flc. by unstable sitting or standing
- loss of PSP as the beginning point of all expression potential by disorders of posture
- wrongly placed instrument
