List of possible indispositions with instrumentalists

Left side

  1. stiffness in the shoulder joint. Especially for violoncellists in the first positions.
  2. a bad shifting by dominant stereotype GM initiatives
  3. an inverse hand joint to the ulnar side with a forced supination for violin and viola. the hand is dorsal flexed
  4. too much pression on the index finger against the e-string side of the finger board, which can damage the Dip joint ligaments by forcing a dominant ulnar direction.
  5. too much pressing of the thumb inhibits the free and quick moving function of the other fingers.
  6. wrong moving on the finger board or valves by dominant gross motoric intervention.

Right side

  1. GM dominant technique
  2. too active thumb
  3. lack of Flc. by unstable sitting or standing
  4. loss of PSP as the beginning point of all expression potential by disorders of posture
  5. wrongly placed instrument
